own restaurant in Rio and now running a wine bar in Paris
called La Panza.

Théo has over 25 years of experience in the world of wine. He has held every role in both wine production and sales, working across various wine markets (both private and professional), as well as in the creation and development of wine, from viticulture to winemaking. Over these 25 years, he has been a wine merchant, sommelier, importer, director, trainer, restaurateur, and winemaker.
